Why it works?

High concentrations of negative ions have been proven to be essential for high energy and a positive mood (Thayer, 1996), Marian Diamond, a professor of neuroanatomy at the University of California, Berkeley, found levels of negative ions are inversely related to levels of serotonin in the brain. Originally found to help asthma patients, later they were discovered to effect serotonin levels in the bloostream, stabilize alpha rythms, and to positively affect reactions to sensory stimuli.
